Warehouse Manager by day, rock star by night, I look after all of the print that comes into and leaves the warehouse while listening to 100 albums a week. It’s a good place to be!
As an actor, a senior promo team member and part of the office staff, working at Impact on such a variety of campaigns and events furthers my joy of being engulfed in the cultural world of London.
In my 20+ years at Impact, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some inspirational colleagues. It gives me great pleasure to see so many Impact alumni, who came to us as bright-eyed graduates, still working in the cultural sector!
The extraordinary cultural diversity of London persuaded me to move here from Austria many years ago. I never cease to be excited about working with such a fantastic range of organisations and the fascinating people within them, to create and facilitate successful marketing communications.
I consider myself lucky to work with all types of arts organisations and realise their video ambitions. With my insight from working previously within The Old Vic and the National Theatre as a content producer, I can help make the most of any video opportunity, whatever the budget.
Everyone I have met within the arts has been dedicated, passionate and devoted to creating and presenting the best-possible experiences for their audiences. That has made working in this world for almost 30 years both a privilege and a pleasure. I cannot imagine anything better.
Impact today bears little resemblance to the one-man, one-van business that I founded in 1994. We’ve grown up and expanded our offer, but we’ve retained our friendly ethos and commitment to our customers. That makes me very proud indeed.
AMA Conference 2018 in Liverpool
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Arts Marketing Association’s 2018 conference in Liverpool. Not only did we get to hear from some great speakers and socialise with some of our favourite people in the industry, we also got to visit Penny Lane! It has be a conference to remember.

Celebrating Pride with the Young Vic
To celebrate Pride and UK Black Pride in London, the Young Vic theatre called on Impact to film an interview with iconic American cartoonist Alison Bechdel. We were also given the opportunity distribute its jam-packed Pride goody bags – a theatre-lover’s dream!
Chelsea Flower Show 2018
The annual Chelsea Flower Show blends glamour, flowers and fashion, and our bright and bubbly promotions team was on hand at this year’s event to hand out useful information packs to the busy crowds, keeping punters entertained in the queues!
