Who we are
Members of the Impact team come from a variety of backgrounds, but we’re united by our passion for the arts, culture – and of course great marketing.
We’ve been in this business for 25 years, so we understand your strategic objectives, and we know what makes your customers tick.
We also know that you value creative thinking and a strategic focus, coupled with professional delivery and value for money. And that is exactly what we offer.
Our team of expert account managers will work with you closely, from conception through to delivery, to ensure that every single campaign is on target, on time and on budget.
The extraordinary cultural diversity of London persuaded me to move here from Austria many years ago. I never cease to be excited about working with such a fantastic range of organisations and the fascinating people within them, to create and facilitate successful marketing communications.
I love working at Impact because we are given the opportunity to express our opinions openly in order to drive the company forward. Not only this, but the company also has a family vibe and creativity is encouraged.
In my 20+ years at Impact, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some inspirational colleagues. It gives me great pleasure to see so many Impact alumni, who came to us as bright-eyed graduates, still working in the cultural sector!
Everyone I have met within the arts has been dedicated, passionate and devoted to creating and presenting the best-possible experiences for their audiences. That has made working in this world for almost 30 years both a privilege and a pleasure. I cannot imagine anything better.
The arts are a way of expression, a language to question and engage with society. I love the idea of supporting arts organisations in reaching out to their audiences and giving them unique experiences.
Impact today bears little resemblance to the one-man, one-van business that I founded in 1994. We’ve grown up and expanded our offer, but we’ve retained our friendly ethos and commitment to our customers. That makes me very proud indeed.
Coming from a theatre background, I feel so honoured to be working with such prestigious theatres and arts organisations. It’s rewarding to know that me and my team contribute to what motivates audiences to see such interesting shows and events.
I consider myself lucky to work with all types of arts organisations and realise their video ambitions. With my insight from working previously within The Old Vic and the National Theatre as a content producer, I can help make the most of any video opportunity, whatever the budget.
As an actor, a senior promo team member and part of the office staff, working at Impact on such a variety of campaigns and events furthers my joy of being engulfed in the cultural world of London.
Warehouse Manager by day, rock star by night, I look after all of the print that comes into and leaves the warehouse while listening to 100 albums a week. It’s a good place to be!
Wonderful Things and Wonderful Postcards
These Tim Walker Wonderful Things postcards that we are distributing for the V&A are befitting of their exhibition title. So we are thrilled to have these print gems brightening up our warehouse.
Join the team – Warehouse & Facilities Manager
Do you have great management and communication skills? Interested in a role to support the arts venues around London? Then the role of Warehouse & Facilities Manager may be for you!
Fly to Neverland!
We loved immersing ourselves in the world of Neverland and creating this trailer for the National Theatre’s Peter Pan!
Hedda Tessman (neé Gabler) returns to the stage.
We had a fun morning capturing Haydn Gwynne as a re-imagined Hedda Gabler – many tomatoes where destroyed in the process!
