Twelfth Night music video

We were asked to deliver dynamic, engaging content for this vibrant Young Vic production.

We worked closely with the Young Vic to develop video content for their musical adaptation of Twelfth Night. This entailed creating short videos for social media advertising, and a longer video to give viewers a more meaningful representation of the play.

For the social media clips we captured actor Gabrielle Brooks (playing Viola) performing different movements. In post-production, we playfully manipulated this footage and added the key marketing information to create something attention-grabbing.

For the longer video we filmed Gabrielle performing ‘Viola’s Soliloquy’ on the streets of Notting Hill. We first recorded the song with Gabrielle and the Musical Director, and then established a route for filming that would best fit with the production, and allow Gabrielle to walk with limited interruptions.

The project has been a joy from start to finish and look forward to working with the Young Vic again.
