Impact generates audiences and increases attendance for cultural organisations, events and visitor attractions in London and beyond. We do this through our range our expert services which include print distribution and display, promotional/brand ambassador services, and video production.
We’re looking for a highly organised individual to manage our talented team of promotional staff, and to deliver effective, industry-leading campaigns for our clients in the arts, entertainment, charity and leisure sectors.
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer and working closely with our team of Account Managers, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of all promotional activity from conception to completion. You will recruit, develop and lead a crack team of promotional staff and Brand Ambassadors, and will be required to create and oversee complex staff rosters across multiple locations. Your role will include staff briefing and campaign management, quality control, and feedback.
Essential skills and experience:
• Meticulously organised
• Unflappable under pressure, and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload
• Previous experience of recruitment and team leadership
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on location, when necessary

Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
